Yes. We run cohorts as small as three people for custom programs, and we run open-enrolment classes for individual upskilling. There's no minimum team size for a conversation.
Absolutely — most of our industrial automation, process safety, and operations work happens on the client's site. Some leadership and finance programs benefit from being off-site to give participants room to think. We'll recommend whichever fits the goal.
